ASCE rewards 'Outstanding' job.


Louis Silano, a senior vice president with Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc., has received an Outstanding Projects and Leaders award from the American Society of Civil Engineers “ASCE” redirects here. For the Nigerian stock exchange, see Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange.
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is a professional body founded in 1852 to represent members of the civil engineering profession worldwide.

The award was presented at ASCE's sixth annual OPAL awards gala.

"OPAL award winners contribute to the advancement of the civil engineering profession, but more importantly, their work contributes to the improvement of the world's health, safety and economy, which elevates quality of life for people everywhere," said ASCE President William P. Henry, P.E., F.ASCE. "The creativity, vision and leadership of this year's honorees are an inspiration to all civil engineers."
