First Night Monterey will include more than 90 music groups, featuring performances from jazz to gospel and folklorico to reggae, at indoor and outdoor venues from 3 p.m. to midnight Dec. 31. There'll also be a handbell choir and a barn dance, a parade of floats, art shows and demonstrations and a countdown to midnight in Custom House Plaza.
