ASAE acquires majority ownership in headquarters building. (Headlines).ASAE has acquired majority ownership in its headquarters building at 1575 I St., N.W., Washington, D.C. ASAE is part of a limited partnership with Carr Capital Corporation and Southern Region Industrial Realty, Inc., that completed a restructuring of the ASAE building ownership. Major tenants of the building currently include ASAE, which occupies two and a half floors; the Federal Aviation Administration Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), component of the U.S. Department of Transportation that sets standards for the air-worthiness of all civilian aircraft, inspects and licenses them, and regulates civilian and military air traffic through its air traffic control (three floors); the Veterans Administration (two floors); and the American Association of Museums The American Association of Museums (AAM) is a non-profit association that has been bringing museums together since its founding in 1906, helping to develop standards and best practices, gathering and sharing knowledge, and providing advocacy on issues of concern to the (one floor).
