If developing a new database system, installing a fax-on-demand program, designing a Web site - or all three and more - are on your association's must-have, must-do-right-now list, this guide is for you. While there's no panacea for your every technological challenge, companies are out there that are dedicated to helping associations define and resolve their technology concerns. So begin turning the pages - and turning your looming technology questions into smart business answers.

Note that the grid portion of this year's directory separates products (shown on the left-hand page of the spread) from services (shown on the right-hand page). Following the grid, and beginning on page T-22, is an alphabetic listing of each company, complete with contact information and - where available from the company - Internet e-mail and Web site addresses. New this year: The directory is being uploaded to ASAE's Web site at http://www.asaenet.org for year-round reference and will be available by mid-April. Some of the companies listed in the electronic directory have or will later add hot links, which means that you can - with a simple click on the company name - be routed directly to that company's home page for further information. The electronic version will also be searchable by product and service categories, by company names, and by cities and states so that you can hone in on suppliers in your geographic area that provide specifically what your association is looking for.
