ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1997--ASA Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq NM:ASAI ASAI - Adjunct Switch Application Interface
ASAI - Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland
ASAI - American Society of Architectural Illustrators
ASAI - Aortic Stenosis and Insufficiency
ASAI - Average Service Availability Index) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 (ten cents) per share. The dividend, which is equivalent to an annual rate of $0.40 per share, is payable June 16, 1997, to shareholders of record on June 2, 1997.
