Ryan, a CPA, has managed corporate accounting, finance and treasury functions since 1982 for several Southern California companies. She most recently served as vice president, finance and chief financial officer for Optical Disc Corp. a CD/DVD equipment manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs Santa Fe Springs, city (1990 pop. 15,520), Los Angeles co., SW Calif., inc. 1957. She joined Optical Disc in 1995 from Irvine-based Birtcher Medical Systems Inc., where she was vice president, finance and controller. Previously, Ryan was employed at Emulex Corp., based in Costa Mesa, from 1986 to 1992, last serving as corporate controller.
