ARTS COMMISSION ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 3 OPEN SEATS.Byline: Daily News The city is seeking applicants to fill three vacancies on the Arts Commission, an 11-member body that advises the City Council on cultural development. Current projects overseen by the Arts Commission include the annual Art and Photography Show, the Children's Mural mural Painting applied to and made integral with the surface of a wall or ceiling.
