An exotic cause The Wildlife Waystation's second annual art festival will be held Saturday and Sunday on the grounds of the 160-acre nonprofit wild and exotic animal rescue facility in the Angeles National Forest The Angeles National Forest (ANF) was established by executive order on December 20, 1892 as the San Gabriel Timberland Reserve. It covers over 2,600 km² (650,000 acres) and is located in the San Gabriel Mountains of Los Angeles County, just north of the metropolitan area of Los . The festival will feature paintings, sculpture, photographs, fine art prints, drawings and mixed-media works by more than 20 artists. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the works will benefit the Waystation, which was founded in 1976. A $7 donation ($3 for children) includes a tour of the Waystation and live animal presentations. There also will be music featured during the festival.
