ARSON SHUTS DOWN HYDROELECTRIC DAM IN OREGON.

An arson fire in the control room of a hydroelectric dam knocked out the generating station on the Klamath River Klamath River

 said the motive for the attack is unknown. Security has been tightened at the utility's other 53 dams, although there has been no indication that any of them are targets, Donnelly said.
