ARSON CHARGE AGAINST FIRE OFFICIAL'S WIFE DROPPED.

Foltz added he dropped the case against Heidi Sprewell, 36, because he didn't turn up sufficient evidence ``to believe she was involved in the setting of that fire either as a participant or as a co-conspirator.''

Roland and Heidi Sprewell of Altadena were arrested in February in connection with the July 26 arson that caused $170,000 damage to an 85-year-old, five-bedroom house at 1541 N. Raymond Ave AVE Avenue
