 BB: ARSN ARSN Arkansas Razorback Sports Network ), whose first product is a state-of-the-art advance warning system for railway crossings, today announced that senior railway executive Achille Ferrusi will join the Company as Vice President of Operations.

The appointment is effective immediately. Ferrusi, who holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo The University of Waterloo (also referred to as UW, UWaterloo, or Waterloo) is a medium-sized research-intensive public university in the city of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The school was founded in 1957. , Ontario, has more than 30 years of senior management experience in the railway industry. He took early retirement from Canadian National Railways in August after serving for five years as Assistant Vice President Safety and Regulatory Affairs Regulatory Affairs (RA), also called Government Affairs, is a profession within regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, and banking. Regulatory Affairs professionals usually have responsibility for the following general areas:

Ferrusi will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Company and will begin pre-marketing for the ARS Crosslogix(TM) system, which is in final stages of testing. Crosslogix is a wireless data management system whose first safety application is a railway level crossing.

Ferrusi is a member of the Professional Association of Engineers of Ontario, a member of the Order of St. John's, and has been a long-time member of the American Railway Engineers and Maintenance Association and the Toronto and Canadian Railway Clubs. Regarded as an expert on safety in the railway industry, he has published articles in Railway Track and Structures magazine, has been a speaker at international railway conferences and participated in many railway industry workshops and panels on regulatory affairs.

In addition to supervising the testing, Ferrusi will transition the company to the sales and marketing phase and implement the controls and practices for manufacturing and distribution. He will act as a liaison to the more than 300 shortline, Class I and II railways in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. . He will also represent ARS to the railroad regulatory and safety bodies in Canada and the U.S.
