Majestic Refilter has developed a cost effective and efficient filtration system for use by trucks, buses, trains and heavy industrial equipment that will substantially reduce harmful emissions produced by diesel engines.

Diesel engines dominate the world's roads in ever increasing numbers each year at a very heavy cost to the environment. Diesel engines are the cause of much of the airborne pollutants that choke the vast majority of major cities worldwide. According to according to

Sydney Harland, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated, "Now that we have completed the purchase of ARS Refilter we are anxious to establish strategic alliances with manufactures to supply the core components needed to implement our technology as quickly as possible. We are confident that ARS/Refilter will be a major contributor in reducing the over 5 millions tons of harmful emissions caused by the over fifteen million diesel engines in operation in the US and in excess of 50 million world-wide. Moreover, the urgency to clean up harmful emissions was demonstrated on April 15, 2003 by President Bush's administration that proposed reductions of greater than ninety percent in air pollution from diesel-powered farm, construction and other off-road equipment. It is predicted that these emission reductions will prevent thousands of premature deaths, respiratory ailments and heart attacks."
