ARNEX INVESTMENT HOLDS SPECIAL STOCKHOLDER MEETING; CHANGES NAME TO VECTOR ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES; REVERSE STOCK SPLIT 1-FOR-50

 SPARKS, Nev., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Arnex Investment Group, Ltd. today announced that at a special meeting of stockholders on Aug. 27, 1993, the following items were approved: 1) The name of the corporation was changed to "Vector Environmental Technologies, Inc." and 2) the company's common stock was reverse split 1-for-50.
 These items were approved in anticipation of Arnex acquiring several companies in the environmental industry. On Sept. 7, 1993, the company completed the acquisitions of 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of STOX Systems, Inc., and 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of CGL Technologies, Inc.
 STOX Systems, Inc. designs, fabricates and installs systems for the storage and transportation of most classes of hazardous materials. CGL Technologies, Inc. has developed water purifications and filtration systems which initially are being marketed to underdeveloped and developing countries.
