His webpage - which includes the slogan "sex god on parade" - boasts: "I'm in the Scots Guards

Love ma cocaine, ma beers, ma lassies and ma dance music." One military source said: "Hyslop is a disgrace to the uniform. It's incredible that the MoD would pay a thug like him while he's in prison." Hyslop, of Dumbarton, failed to return to his barracks in London after home leave last December. He hid out with friends and relatives and was eventually jailed for three months in March after the initial attack on hairdresser Jocelyn in January. Hyslop was released early on parole but just four days later he attacked her again after reading a text on her phone from another man. He was later jailed for six months after he admitted slapping her, choking her, hitting her head off a door and repeatedly punching her. The MoD continued paying his wages while he languished in jail. In March they paid him pounds 1041 and in April they deposited pounds 1590. He received pounds 1211 in May. Our source d.alexander@sundaymail.co.uk added: "It is very unusual for a serving soldier to be sent to a civilian prison and continue getting paid. "It suggests that the MoD either had no idea where he was, or didn't care." The Army said Hyslop was discharged on May 29 but denied he had received cash while AWOL. They said: "We had to continue to pay him until he was convicted and while paperwork was processed."
