 LANCASTER, Pa., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The assets of ArmStar, of


Lenoir City, Tenn., have been purchased by PermaGrain Products, Inc., of Media, Pa.
 Armstrong Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ACK), of Lancaster, owned 50 percent of ArmStar, which was operated as a joint venture partnership.
 ArmStar was formed to manufacture high-style agglomerate marble flooring tiles, made through polymer concrete technology and sold under the trademark "Armstone." The company was established in 1982 as a joint venture partnership between Armstrong and Lone Star Industries, Inc. Morrison Molded Fiber Glass Company later acquired Lone Star's interest.
