ARMED BANK ROBBER ELUDES CAPTURE AFTER LANCASTER HEIST.Byline: Bhavna Mistry Daily News Staff Writer A Lancaster bank was robbed Tuesday by a gunman wearing several layers of clothing who fled with money stuffed in a plastic bag. A knit cap was found in the area. ``It's possible that he wore the clothes to disguise his appearance later,'' said Ullman.
