) today announced the release of Meppel(TM), an easy-to-use PC software package which allows companies to benefit from Electronic Data Interchange See EDI.

Pricing includes optional one-time charges for application development and customization as well as per copy license fees and annual maintenance and renewal fees. Depending on the level of customization required and the number of copies required, the effective price per user can range from under $3,000 to over $5,000. Typical payback periods are from 6 to 18 months based on process cost reductions, improved data accuracy, and better production and inventory management.
