Agreement Moves Marketing and Support of Bush Hog's

PartSmart(TM) Catalog to ARI 

ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of electronic catalog-enabled business solutions for manufacturers, distributors and dealers, announced today that Bush Hog, LLC of Selma, AL has authorized ARI to license its electronic parts catalog software directly to Bush Hog dealers who prefer using PartSmart(TM). Under the agreement, ARI will license PartSmart and the Bush Hog catalog directly to dealers as well as provide software support.

"Although our exclusive agreement with ARI has expired, we appreciate that certain of our dealers may want to continue their relationship with ARI and it is our intention to work in conjunction with ARI to provide this service," said Bob Moore, vice president of sales & marketing for Bush Hog, LLC. "Under the new agreement, marketing and support of the PartSmart program will be provided directly by ARI rather than through Bush Hog, LLC," said Moore.
