The Small Business Success Stories Awards recognize the state's successful small businesses and their accomplishments. ARI was recognized for creatively overcoming numerous obstacles over the past years in turning ARI from an unprofitable business with major challenges into the profitable, successful company it is today.

The Small Business Success Stories Awards, which were presented in nine categories, were judged by Editor Paul Zukowski, senior faculty at the UW-Oshkosh College of Business and an Associated Bank vice president.
