(OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that help equipment dealers build sales and profits, announced today that it will celebrate its twenty-fifth anniversary year.

ARI began operations on August 3, 1981 as a publishing company in the agriculture industry. The company continually adapted to changes in its markets and customer base, focusing on the use of information and telecommunications technology to access, exchange, and process business information in the context of vertical industry distribution channels. In 1991, the company went public under the symbol ARIS. Beginning in 1996, with a combination of acquisitions and organic growth, the business was refocused around providing Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs) for the manufactured equipment dealers in 12 vertical markets, which is now ARI's core business. Today, ARI serves some 29,000 dealers worldwide by providing approximately 91 parts catalogs for 72 equipment manufacturers and is the de facto EPC standard in the Outdoor Power and Power Sports industries. Recently, the Company has expanded into Dealer Marketing Services, helping dealers market to their customers and prospects.

"Our Silver Anniversary is a testament to our persistence and resilience as an organization, as well as to the innovation and value we continue to bring to our customers. We have overcome numerous obstacles that would have capsized many other firms our size to become the successful, profitable business we are today," said Brian E. Dearing, chairman and chief executive officer of ARI.

"Special recognition goes to our founder, Richard W. Weening, Jr., whose creative spark in December, 1980 led to the creation of ARI. His forward-thinking concepts for electronic information products and services, and his early recognition of the potential of electronic commerce were years ahead of their time. Richard led the company in its early growth and continues to serve as a valued member of our Board today," added Dearing.

Richard Weening commented, "It was my dream to harness the power of information technology to help streamline distribution channels, provide actionable information to businesses to support the execution of their strategies, and make small business owners' lives richer, easier, and more fun. I am absolutely thrilled to see how far ARI has come and to have had the opportunity to work with ARI's employees and management teams over the past 25 years. I truly believe the next 25 years will be even better."

Dearing said the company will celebrate its 25th Anniversary with events at each of its four locations: Milwaukee, WI; Colorado Springs, CO; Williamsburg, VA; and Alphen aan den Rijn Rijn: see Rhine, river., the Netherlands.

"ARI has gone from a start-up company to a profitable, innovative leader in electronic catalogs and dealer marketing services. We have created a successful business with 29,000 satisfied customers worldwide using ARI's products each and every business day. Our 25th anniversary is the perfect occasion to thank our Board, managers, employees, customers and shareholders for their ongoing support and commitment to ARI. Together, we have built a strong foundation for the continued growth of ARI in the years ahead," concluded Dearing.
