AREW tO honor mann. (Transcripts).


Jeff Mann, publisher of The Mann Report and Fashion Mannuscript, was honored Oct. 2 by The Association of Real Estate Women (AREW), one of the real estate industry's most prestigious women's groups, for his support of the organization and industry women.

The event took place at The Harvard Club of New York The Harvard Club of New York, incorporated in 1887, is housed in adjoining lots at 27 West 44th Street and 35 West 44th Street. It was designed in red brick neo-Georgian style by Charles Follen McKim of McKim, Mead, and White in 1884.  and was attended by many of the real estate community's leading members, comprising a mixed audience of men and women. The only other man to have received this honor was then-Real Estate Weekly publisher Alfred Hagedorn, who was similarly acknowledged in the late 1970s.

Mann, who publishes a special annual is issue of the Mann Report dedicated to outstanding women within the real estate community, has long been an active promoter A person who devises a plan for a business venture; one who takes the preliminary steps necessary for the formation of a corporation.
