AREW Oct. 11 program features "Rebirth of Harlem".The Association of Real. Estate Women's (AREW) Oct. 11 luncheon will feature a program dedicated to the "Rebirth re·birth n. 1. A second or new birth; reincarnation. 2. A renaissance; a revival: a rebirth of classicism in architecture. of Harlem" from developers and community leaders. Guest speakers will include Drew R. Greenwald, president of Grid Properties, co-developer of the recently opened, $66 million retail and entertainment complex, Harlem USA, and Jeffrey E. Levine, president of Levine Builders, co-developer of Renaissance Plaza on Lenox Avenue, mixed-use retail cooperative residential and parking garage complex. Jeffrey E. Levine is a respected, accomplished builder with an impressive list of credits to his name.
