AREVA, through its subsidiary AREVA Transmission and Distribution, today announced the updated versions of e-terraplatform, its solution for energy management systems. The next release of e-terraplatform software will incorporate Microsoft SQL Server A relational DBMS from Microsoft that is a major component of the Windows Server System. It is Microsoft's high-end client/server database and is closely integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft Office System.  2005 as a recommended data repository See repository.  for e-terraplatform applications.
