De Santiago and Jones were just two of the culinary students honored Monday at the Careers through Culinary Arts Program awards banquet at the Four Seasons Hotel. A total of $346,000 in scholarships was given to 26 students, who competed in a culinary cook-off Friday at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. Mitzie Cutler, Los Angeles program director for C-CAP, said the judges were ``blown away'' by the talent of the students, who have been training with top area chefs. ``Remember their names because you will see them in bright lights; they'll be the Wolfgang Pucks of the next era,'' Cutler said.
