This new version, street-priced at $99, offers full 32-bit functionality, Windows 95 compliance and full support for Photoshop Plug-Ins like Kai's Power Tools Kai's Power Tools are a set of API plugins created by Kai Krause that were designed for use with Adobe Photoshop and Corel Photopaint.
