: BTRK.OB) announced today that Sunil R. Patel has been appointed vice president, business development and marketing for Enerdyne Technologies Inc., one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Patel will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new markets for Enerdyne, and will report to John Westgarth, Enerdyne's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and president.

Patel brings with him extensive experience in analyzing market opportunities and improving business operations. Most recently, Patel worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb Inc. in the role of leading contracting analysis for Managed Healthcare customers. Previously, he worked as a consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers on a variety of client projects spanning strategy development, operational improvements, and reengineering. He has also worked for Honda of America Manufacturing, as an Engineer specializing in the introduction of new models. He graduated from The Ohio State University Ohio State University, main campus at Columbus; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1870, opened 1873 as Ohio Agricultural and Mechanical College, renamed 1878. There are also campuses at Lima, Mansfield, Marion, and Newark.  with a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Patel also holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Cornell University.
