ARCOMS Appoints President for Enerdyne Technologies Inc. Subsidiary.

Advanced Remote Communication Solutions Inc. (ARCOMS) (OTCBB:BTRK.OB) announced today that John R. Westgarth has been appointed president of Enerdyne Technologies Inc., one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Westgarth will be responsible for all operations and administration for Enerdyne, and will report to Michael Silverman, ARCOMS' chairman and CEO.

Westgarth brings with him extensive experience developing and implementing performance-improving business strategies. He has spearheaded migration strategies which have refocused or transitioned a number of manufacturing-oriented companies to market-driven organizations through product and sales mix changes. Most recently, Westgarth has worked in a marketing and consulting capacity with a number of high-tech companies. Previously, he was VP of Marketing for GYYR Inc., a division of Odetics Inc. He also served in a number of capacities while at CBS Corp. (formerly Westinghouse Electric Corp.) including VP of Marketing and Associate Director of Strategy. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance. Westgarth holds both an MBA in Strategy and International Business and an MA in Asian Studies from Cornell University.
