ARCH DELUXE HAS SIBLINGS.

Byline: Larry Lipson Daily News Restaurant Writer

McDonald's has rolled out a trio of siblings to the Arch Deluxe burger.

But it's been almost an eerie McQuiet.

Contrary to the fanfare of the giant, glitzy promotional debut of the Arch Deluxe in May, with events in Hollywood, New York and Toronto, this latest bunch of sandwiches is being launched with a simple country dance in Chicago.

The deluxe line consists of larger-than-regular-portion sandwiches. One is grilled chicken, one is crispy fried chicken and one is a fried fish patty.

Priced from $2.29 to $2.79 each, they all have the same potato-flour bun as the Arch Deluxe. They also have similar lettuce and tomato accompaniments.Sorry, but there's no peppery bacon option with these nonbeef newcomers, a McDonald's spokesman said, archly.
