ARCADIS (Nasdaq: ARCAF) (EURONEXT: ARCAD) announced today that ARCADIS and Richard Connor Riley & Associates, LLC have formed an alliance to provide comprehensive infrastructure development services to the wireless communications industry.

ARCADIS and the newly formed ARCADIS Communications Construction, LLC focuses on full-scope services for the deployment of wireless antenna sites involving both tower construction and rooftop installations. Other services supplied by ARCADIS include RF engineering, surveying, geotechnical investigation, environmental services, utility coordination, full A&E design services encompassing foundation design and structural analysis, full construction services, turn-up and testing, close-out documents, site audits, tower climbing, tower mapping, and GIS databases.

Richard Connor Riley & Associates, LLC provides site acquisition, permitting, leasing, due diligence, site audit, tower transaction and zoning services for the telecommunications industry. Riley & Associates has more than two decades of experience in the wireless industry, having participated in the site development of the nation's first cellular system in 1981. The firm has 12 office locations across the country.
