The project has a duration of 2.5 years and represents a value of e1/4 2 million for ARCADIS. Aleris Group, of which Corus Aluminium has been part since August 2006, is one of the multinational clients of ARCADIS for which the company is performing projects in multiple countries.

At the location in Duffel, Corus produces semi-finished aluminium materials (rolled sheets and extruded materials), which are used in car manufacturing, aerospace applications, hydraulics hydraulics, branch of engineering concerned mainly with moving liquids. . For these products, Corus Aluminium is an international market leader. To further strengthen its market position the company is running a major investment program (more than e1/4 30 million). As part of this program, sections of the current machinery will be moved, while new machinery will be added. ARCADIS will provide coordination for both the project and the master plan for Corus Aluminium, and will prepare engineering design work, coordination of installations as well as provide on site project management.
