ARCADE Announces Management Change.


NEW YORK -- ARCADE Marketing, Inc. announced today that William Fox, the Company's Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, is leaving the company to pursue other interests, effective immediately. Mr. Fox has served in those roles since joining the company in February 1999. His departure coincides with the acquisition of ARCADE by Fusion Acquisition LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 and the ultimate contribution to Jostens Holding Corp., a newly created specialty printing and marketing services enterprise, a transaction which closed today.

ARCADE Marketing will now join Jostens Inc., Von Hoffmann, and Lehigh Direct as part of a dynamic new company. ARCADE also noted that Jostens Holding Corp. announced today that John Van Horn has joined ARCADE as President. In addition, Mr. Van Horn will serve as Group President to oversee both ARCADE and Lehigh Direct. Mr. Van Horn has served as an advisor to Jostens in connection with the ARCADE and Lehigh Direct businesses since September 2004. Mr. Van Horn previously served as President, Catalog Market for Quebecor World Inc, and held various other positions since joining the company in 1993.
