: ARCS) will open a new subsidiary in Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov.  to pursue Asian and other international business, and to further strengthen the Company's procurement and manufacturing capabilities. The Company is also pleased to announce that Gregory J. Smith has been named Director of International Operations Internal Operations (I.O., IO or I/O) is a fictional American Intelligence Agency in Wildstorm comics. It was originally called International Operations. I.O. first appeared in WildC.A.T.S. volume 1 #1 (August, 1992) and was created by Brandon Choi and Jim Lee.  and will serve as a consultant out of the Hong Kong office.

In addition, Mr. Smith is on the board of the Asian Performing Arts Council An arts council is a government or private, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the arts mainly by funding local artists, awarding prizes, and organizing events at home and abroad. , a non-profit group assisting young Chinese artists to further their education in America.
