ARC Wireless to Open Hong Kong Subsidiary; Names Gregory J. Smith Director of International Operations.

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. -- ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ARCS) will open a new subsidiary in Hong Kong to pursue Asian and other international business, and to further strengthen the Company's procurement and manufacturing capabilities. The Company is also pleased to announce that Gregory J. Smith has been named Director of International Operations and will serve as a consultant out of the Hong Kong office.

Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Colorado in 1986 with multiple degrees in International Business, Finance and Asian studies. Mr. Smith has lived in Hong Kong since 1986 and has jointly and wholly owned and managed several factories in Hong Kong and China producing consumer items for some of the largest brands and companies around the world. His experience and expertise has created a wide contact base and a deep understanding of the culture. In addition, Mr. Smith is on the board of the Asian Performing Arts Council, a non-profit group assisting young Chinese artists to further their education in America.
