ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc., Antennas America Division, Awarded Contract To Supply GPS Antennas For Australian General Motors Holden Limited.

ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ARCS) announced today that its Antennas America Division has been awarded a contract by Oztrak PTY Ltd. in Australia to integrate its GPS antenna system into Oztrak's vehicle tracking and information solution.

Oztrak is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ballarat Goldfields NL based in Ballarat Victoria, Australia. The in-vehicle tracking system will be included as standard equipment in certain General Motors Holden Limited (GMH) production vehicles beginning May 2001. Benefits of the system include collection of engine diagnostics and operating data, location and information services and anti-theft and vandalism protection.
