The terms and conditions of the contract between ARC Wireless and Netro will be consistent with the same terms and conditions as these products and services were provided to AT&T Wireless in the past. The products and services that ARC Wireless has agreed to provide were acquired by ARC Wireless from Ball Aerospace and Technology Corporation in August 2001.
