ARC Wireless Agrees to Supply Products and Services to Netro Corporation.

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2002

ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ARCS) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Netro Corporation (Nasdaq:NTRO) to provide products and services consistent with the same terms and conditions as provided to AT&T Wireless in the past.

On February 13, 2002, Netro announced that it had completed the acquisition of AT&T Wireless' fixed wireless development team, a license to intellectual property, equipment, and proprietary software assets. The technology was originally developed under the code name "Angel." The terms and conditions of the contract between ARC Wireless and Netro will be consistent with the same terms and conditions as these products and services were provided to AT&T Wireless in the past.

The products and services that ARC Wireless has agreed to provide were acquired by ARC Wireless from Ball Aerospace and Technology Corporation in August 2001. ARC Wireless intends to couple its existing products and manufacturing facilities with the acquired technology to further develop products to be considered by Netro.
