The role of President and Chief Executive Officer will be filled with immediate effect by Dr Geoff Bristow, who is currently the Senior Independent Director of the Company and has been a Non-Executive Director A non-executive director (NED, also NXD) or outside director is a member of the board of directors of a company who does not form part of the executive management team. He or she is not an employee of the company or affiliated with it in any other way.  of the Company since 2003.

Carl Schlachte, who joined the Board in February 2004 and has transformed ARC International into a geographically diversified and highly respected provider of award-winning consumer multimedia IP to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  and semiconductor companies globally, will be stepping down to pursue other business interests.

Since 1991, Dr Geoff Bristow has been a director and investor in a number of high-growth technology ventures, with particular experience in the consumer device markets at companies such as California-based Poqet Computer Corp, which created one of the world's first PDAs.
