First opened in January 1999, the 90,000 square-foot ARC arena features two NHL NHL Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, see there  regulation-sized pads of ice with capacity to seat 800 spectators, 13 pro-style dressing rooms, a skate changing area, an arcade , party rooms and a Stanley's pro shop. A sports-themed lounge is also planned. The complex is located on an eight acre site in Meridian Township adjacent to the 275,000 square foot Michigan Athletic Club.

Lyle Miller added, &uot;After 28 years of building the LIA into a neighborhood fixture and teaching many of Lansing's youth to skate, it's a pleasure to pass the torch to ARC International, a well-regarded company known for its commitment to community service. I'm confident that all of our user groups and patrons will be well served by this merger with ARC, and look forward to continuing my association with them as we write the next chapter of this story.&uot;
