) and Huna Totem Corporation today announced they have been awarded a concession contract for Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, SE Alaska, near Juneau. The park (3,224,840 acres/1,305,603 hectares) and the preserve (58,406 acres/23,646 hectares) were established in 1925 as a national monument and in 1980 designated a national park and preserve.  by the National Park Service. The joint venture will operate as Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve Concessions, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Under the contract, the companies will engage ARAMARK's Parks, Resorts and Cultural Attractions group to operate the park's 56-room Glacier Bay Lodge at Bartlett Cove, its full-service restaurant and retail store and interpretive day cruises and camper drop-off services within Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, beginning in May 2004.
