ARAMARK and Huna Totem Joint Venture Awarded Concession Contract at Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve; Joint Venture Partners to Operate Glacier Bay Lodge and Day Tour Boats.

ARAMARK (NYSE:RMK) and Huna Totem Corporation today announced they have been awarded a concession contract for Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve by the National Park Service. The joint venture will operate as Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve Concessions, LLC.

Under the contract, the companies will engage ARAMARK's Parks, Resorts and Cultural Attractions group to operate the park's 56-room Glacier Bay Lodge at Bartlett Cove, its full-service restaurant and retail store and interpretive day cruises and camper drop-off services within Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, beginning in May 2004.
