ARAMARK acquires Flagstar division.PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1994--ARAMARK, a worldwide leader in managed services, Thursday announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the TW Recreational Services subsidiary of Flagstar Companies Inc. (NASDAQ NASDAQ in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on :FLST FLST Fail Last ) for approximately $130 million. ARAMARK was formerly known as ARA Services. The TW Recreational Services subsidiary generated over $130 million in sales in 1993 and will significantly increase the annual parks and resorts services revenues for ARAMARK. It will enhance the company's leisure operations, a core business that includes managed services at stadiums, arenas, parks and convention centers nationwide.
