ARAMARK Uniform Services Employees Make Difference During Holiday Season.Business Editors NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2000 ARAMARK Uniform Services (AUS AUS abbr. Army of the United States ) employees share the spirit of giving this holiday season by donating their time, energy, and resources to their local communities. AUS, a leading provider of uniform and career apparel to more than 450,000 individuals and businesses nationwide, has called upon employees, customers, and members of the community to make a difference in the lives of children and families in need throughout the holidays. The ARAMARK uniform facility at 396 Bel Marin Keys Blvd. will serve as a food collection point for the Marin Community Food Bank, which serves the homeless of Marin County. Employees, customers, and the public can drop off food donations at the facility until Jan. 2. In addition to the food drive, ARAMARK employees will participate in Toys for Tots Toys For Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which donates toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. The program was founded in 1947 by Major Bill Hendricks. by donating unwrapped toys for children in need this season. The ARAMARK Novato facility will also host The Blood Center of the Pacific's Donor The party conferring a power. One who makes a gift.
