), a world leader in managed services, today announced that Gary Sender has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Investor Relations Investor relations

Sender, who will report directly to L. Frederick Sutherland, Executive Vice President & CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of ARAMARK, replaces Ted Hill, who has retired.

Sender joins ARAMARK from Merck & Co., Inc., where he served as Vice President and Controller for Merck's U.S. pharmaceuticals business.

During his 15-year career with Merck & Co., Inc., he also served as Director of Investor Relations, Executive Director of Financial Evaluation and Analysis, and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to his work at Merck & Co., Inc., Sender held positions at AT&T and RCA See RCA connector and video/TV history.  Corporation.
