ARAMARK Kicks Off Food Service At Seattle Seahawks New Stadium.

), a world leader in managed services, today launches food service operations at the new Seahawks Stadium in Seattle.

The 67,000-seat stadium is scheduled to open to the public on August 10, when the Seattle Seahawks play a National Football League exhibition game against the Indianapolis Colts.

ARAMARK will manage all dining and concessions services at the Seahawks Stadium, including premium menu offerings and catering in prime seating areas, 82 private suites and the Club Restaurant.

ARAMARK chefs have created customized regional fare selections for this and other sports and entertainment venues across the U.S. ARAMARK has developed a Pacific Northwest menu, which includes specialties like WeatherVane Scallops, Olympia Oysters, and Northwest Dungeness Crab Cakes, for the new Seattle stadium's restaurant, premium seating areas and private suites.

Concession stands will offer traditional fan foods as well as local specialty dishes.

Annual sales of ARAMARK's food service contract with the stadium are initially estimated at $10 million with an initial term of up to five years. Since 2001, ARAMARK has managed concession and catering services at the Exhibition Center, a 275,000 sq. feet exhibition and convention center that adjoins the new stadium.
