ARAMARK Board of Directors Appoints Four New Corporate Officers.

PHILADELPHIA -- ARAMARK Corporation (NYSE:RMK), a world leader in managed services, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed its four senior operating executives to be Senior Vice Presidents and new corporate officers, effective immediately. They will continue to report to Joseph Neubauer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The following have been appointed:

--Jack Donovan has been named Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK Business, Sports and Entertainment. Donovan, 46, leads the teams that manage all of ARAMARK's operations at business locations, refreshment services locations, conference centers, correctional facilities, stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, and other tourist attractions. He joined ARAMARK in 1988.

--Andrew Kerin has been named Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK Healthcare, Facilities and Education. Kerin, 41, leads the team that manages ARAMARK's Healthcare Management Services, its Education group, and all of ARAMARK's Facilities Services businesses. He joined ARAMARK in 1995.

--Ravi Saligram has been named Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK International. Saligram, 48, is responsible for all of ARAMARK's businesses outside the United States and Canada, where ARAMARK provides food, refreshment, facility and other support services, for businesses, schools and universities, health care institutions and offshore drilling platforms. ARAMARK operates in 18 countries outside of the United States. He joined ARAMARK in 2003.

--Thomas Vozzo has been named Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK Uniform and Career Apparel. Vozzo, 42, leads the company's rental and direct sale uniforms divisions - ARAMARK Uniform Services, WearGuard/Crest and Galls. Vozzo joined WearGuard in 1985, was a part of the executive team that managed WearGuard's integration into ARAMARK, and later led the integration of Galls into ARAMARK. He joined ARAMARK in 1992.
