ARAMARK Board of Directors Appoints Four New Corporate Officers.

The following have been appointed:

--Jack Donovan has been named Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK Business, Sports and Entertainment. --Andrew Kerin has been named Senior Vice President, ARAMARK Corporation and President, ARAMARK Healthcare, Facilities and Education. Kerin, 41, leads the team that manages ARAMARK's Healthcare Management Services, its Education group, and all of ARAMARK's Facilities Services businesses. He joined ARAMARK in 1995.

Vozzo joined WearGuard in 1985, was a part of the executive team that managed WearGuard's integration into ARAMARK, and later led the integration of Galls into ARAMARK. He joined ARAMARK in 1992.
