ARAMARK Aligns Harrison Lodging with Parks and Resorts Business: Bruce W. Fears Named President, ARAMARK Harrison Lodging.

PHILADELPHIA -- ARAMARK (NYSE:RMK), a world leader in managed services, today announced the integration of ARAMARK Harrison Lodging with its Parks and Resorts business. The new division will be called ARAMARK Harrison Lodging as of October 1, 2005.

ARAMARK Harrison Lodging will operate under the leadership of Bruce W. Fears. Fears previously served as executive vice president of ARAMARK Parks and Resorts.

"Bringing together these two businesses allows us to further refine our market strategy," said Fears. "We will be able to more effectively meet the needs of our conference center clients and further penetrate the hospitality industry by better utilizing resources and guest services expertise from our parks and resorts division."

By aligning the parks and resorts and conference centers businesses, ARAMARK Harrison Lodging is better equipped to create innovative learning and training environments, enhance guest accommodations, and deliver the services necessary for successful educational programs.

ARAMARK Harrison Lodging operates more than 50 conference centers, corporate training centers and specialty hotels in educational environments, including The Babson Executive Conference Center in Wellesley, MA and The Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, NC.
