Each year, the GVFHRA recognizes organizations in the greater Philadelphia area that are leaders in diversity efforts. Companies are evaluated in several areas, including diversity education and training, recruitment, strategic alliances, supplier relations, diversity development programs, and how diversity initiatives are tied to strategic business practices.

A key component of ARAMARK's commitment to diversity is its comprehensive diversity program, Kaleidoscope. ARAMARK received the 2005 Silver Diversity Award today at the GVFHRA dinner and award ceremony in Valley Forge, PA.

Dennis Maple, Executive Vice President, ARAMARK Education, Facilities Services, was recognized as one of the 75 Most Powerful Blacks in Corporate America for 2005 by Black Enterprise Magazine.
