Kurtzer delivered a message from US Pres. Bush to PM Sharon, criticising
Israel for the rising number of Palestinian civilians killed during Army

. At the weekly meeting of
Israeli cabinet, Sharon said, "Israel has great interest in easing
conditions for Palestinians who are not involved in terrorism", but
