ARABS-ISRAEL - Feb. 12 - Incursions Follow Rocket 'Escalation'.

A Palestinian man is killed and 10 other Palestinians are arrested as the Army conducts two separate raids on Halhoul and Ramallah in the West Bank. The Army says the raid on Halhoul early in the morning followed the attack by Palestinian gunmen who opened fire at Israeli soldiers. On gunman was killed in Israeli retaliatory attack.
