 reports Syria has opened a pipeline for Iraqi crude oil which operates at 150,000 b/d and generates at least $2m/day for Baghdad. It reports analysts as saying the 835-km smuggling smuggling, illegal transport across state or national boundaries of goods or persons liable to customs or to prohibition.
