AR ASSOCIATES, INC. (OTCBB:ARAI) is pleased to announce that it has executed a Letter of Agreement acquiring 65% of the issued and outstanding shares of BIGBREWS.

BIGBREWS of Vancouver / Canada is in the business of providing liquor licensed establishments with a hybrid micro brew system called there TOTAL PREMIUM BREWING SYSTEM . This system allows these establishments the ability to effectively become a "micro brew pub". The licensed establishments are then capable of marketing their on-site brewed products to its patrons. BIGBREWS falls under the category of craft beer market, a market that represents some $3.25 Billion a year in the USA.

As part of BIGBREWS business model, the brew master functions are removed from the establishment and retained by BIGBREWS. This allows the establishment the ability to lower the traditional operational overheads of a microbrewery. For BIGBREWS there is a recurring revenue stream associated with the management and production of the brewing process.

The equipment that BIGBREWS provides through exclusive manufacturing agreements is rented to the establishments on a five-year plan. This equipment, at the end of the five years, remains the property of BIGBREWS, thus increasing the projected value of the company at five-year cycles of installation dates.
