:ARAI) is pleased to announce that it has executed a Letter of Agreement acquiring 65% of the issued and outstanding shares of BIGBREWS.

 establishments with a hybrid micro brew system called there TOTAL PREMIUM BREWING brewing: see beer.  SYSTEM . This system allows these establishments the ability to effectively become a "micro brew pub". The licensed establishments are then capable of marketing their on-site brewed products to its patrons. BIGBREWS falls under the category of craft beer market, a market that represents some $3.25 Billion a year in the USA.

As part of BIGBREWS business model, the brew master functions are removed from the establishment and retained by BIGBREWS. This allows the establishment the ability to lower the traditional operational overheads of a microbrewery mi·cro·brew·er·y
