The new organization will add 70 independent commission sales representatives to the present sales force and will extend the corporation's market penetration into 50 states within the USA. Leslie Leib, Chairman of AQM stated that these new representatives will compliment existing marketing programs and will enable the corporation to meet or exceed its sales growth targets for fiscal 1995.

The new sales and marketing organization was acquired from Max Wagerman III via the issuance of 233,333 common shares from Treasury and the advance to him of U.S. $114,286, in the form of a secured personal loan, to acquire 266,667 additional common shares. Wagerman, a Georgia resident, with substantial sales and marketing experience in the automotive aftermarket, will stay on as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He will spearhead the drive to expand existing markets and to open new markets for the corporation's products in both the United States and Latin America.
