King started his career with the United States Postal Service as a city letter carrier in 1983, and has since held positions in sales, marketing and customer service. King completed his career with the United States Postal Service in 2002 and has since been providing logistics and postal consultation to the Florida Gift Fruit Shippers Association (FGFSA FGFSA Florida Gift Fruit Shippers Association ). King will manage the APX Logistics' relationship with the United States Postal Service. He will be responsible to ensure that APX Logistics is aligned with the United States Postal Service to best serve customers. As Director of Postal Affairs, he will oversee and work closely with a cross-functional team that will focus on improving service and quality.

King received his undergraduate degree from Columbia College in Columbia MO, and a Masters in Business Administration from The Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida Winter Park is a city in Orange County, Florida, United States.
